C1- CHRIST: THE FOUNDATION

  • RENEWING VISION

    Revisit your vision, mission and values statements in the light of your renewed understanding of God’s ultimate purpose for your business.

  • STEWARDSHIP

    Learn what your assignment is and develop a strategy for how you will fulfill that assignment.

C2- CHARISMA MODULES

  • SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

    You can’t give away what you don’t have. Once Christ becomes the foundation you have to begin to build on that foundation with your senior leaders. This core group will form the spiritual nucleus who will implement C4 strategies in your workplace. Work through this module to develop a C4 core team.

  • PRAYER@WORK

    This module helps you to encourage prayer in your workplace. Find those who would like to pray and gather them into groups who will intercede for your business, your staff and residents. Prayer moves God and invites His involvement at all levels of your community.

  • DISCIPLESHIP@WORK

    The typical workforce includes a large segment of employees who don’t have any religious affiliation. This module helps you to meet your employees where they’re at spiritually and help them to begin to grow in their faith in the workplace.

C3- CHARACTER MODULES

  • CHARACTER INTRODUCTION

    This module introduces the character qualities to your senior leaders who will eventually be implementing them into their respective departments. Your core team will learn how to use the character quality materials to encourage their staff to grow both individually and together.

  • CHARACTER INTEGRATION

    Focusing on and developing good character in the workplace shouldn’t just be another program you add to your routine but should become integrated into the very fiber of what your business is called to do and how you and your workforce together will fulfill that calling.

  • CHARACTER IMPLEMENTATION

    You’ve laid the groundwork and now you’re ready to introduce the character qualities to your staff. This modules walks you through the process of developing an implementation plan. Over time, emphasizing character at work will change the heart and conduct of your culture.

C4- COMPETENCY MODULES

  • LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

    An investment in your leaders is an investment in your company. In this module we will take a look at each one of your leaders. Assess their effectiveness in light of their responsibilities. We will evaluate their strengths and weaknesses to determine if their current position is the best fit for them. The module culminates with a Leadership Growth Plan for each of your senior leaders and a Strategic Leadership Development Plan for your company.

  • STAFF DEVELOPMENT

    Perhaps the most powerful investment you can make in your company is to believe in your employees. While it is understood that it is a good management practice to develop your key leaders, often your key leaders neglect the success and development of the individuals within the workforce. This module explores how you can create a workplace culture where every employee is empowered.

  • PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

    This final module converges all the previous modules. We evaluate the success of all the action plans from your C4 Growth Plan and implement key performance indicators for continuous performance improvement in your organization.
